My husband (Brian Riggenbach- Exec. Chef/ Partner) and I opened our first restaurant 'The Mockingbird Nashville' in the vibrant Gulch area of Nashville. We moved here from Chicago in the Summer of 2016 to start the planning of this exciting new chapter in our lives. Our previous work as catering company owners in Chicago specializing in Pop-Up dining experiences (Yo Soy Underground Suppers) led us into this extraordinary opportunity into restaurant ownership ( It didn't hurt any either that Brian competed on a national television show on the Food Network and won!). We have partnered up with Maneet Chauhan (Chauhan Ale and Masala House, Tansuo, Chaatable, Food Network 'Chopped' judge) to create a modern diner with globally influenced cuisine that opened Spring 2017.
