Kimberly has been instrumental in pushing for policy changes to ensure LGBT language was included in Asurion’s handbook and EEOC statement. Asurion has introduced self-selection for LGBT team members, so they can be counted. Asurion is on the journey of reaching for a perfect 100 score on the HRC CEI. Asurion has participated in Nashville Pride and are expanding to Phoenix, Houston, Vegas and Orlando. Kimberly helped Asurion establish other employee resource groups and is proud to say that Asurion is now 7. She also often speaks publicly on Women's, LGBT and ERG topics in the community. She is an active member of HRC, a supporter of the Oasis Just Us program for at and Thistle Farms.
