We are a Nashville Pimento Cheese, Pimento Cheese Biscuit, and Pimento Cheese Gougere company. Biscuits and Gougeres come in 1.5 pound bags and are frozen ready to bake. Biscuits come in three sizes--Small (1 bite, 50-60 biscuits per bag), Medium (2 bite, 30-40 biscuits per bag), and Large (three bite, 18-20 biscuits per bag). There are 60-70 gougeres per bag. The pimento cheese comes in three flavors: Savory, Spicy, and Spicier, though none is over-the-top spicy...we are more about flavor than heat.
