Kristin Appelman

 

Kristin Appelman is the Marketing Manager of Concept Technology, an award-winning IT service provider in Nashville.  Since joining the company in 2016, she has elevated their brand management and marketing efforts—implementing strategies that address the needs of local businesses with special regard to technology, business continuity, and productivity.  Her key skillsets include content strategy, social media, and event management.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Western Kentucky University.  Outside of work, Kristin is a fitness-lover who enjoys brewing beer, visiting new restaurants, traveling with her husband, Matt, and being a smothering dog-mom to their Lhasa Apso, Gohan—he runs the household.  

Christopher Lester

 

Christopher Lester is the founder of C4ward Strategies in Nashville, Tennessee, where he helps companies align their brand experience throughout the sales process. He's passionate about the consumer and crafting marketing that feels more human. He's a lover of the underdog, hot dogs, and a sweet dog named Olive. In his past life, Christopher spent the last decade geeking out on all things digital. He worked with brands like Public Library of Science (PLOS), Garden & Gun, Atlanta Falcons, Nashville Predators, and The YMCA to tell their story in the digital space and deliver emails that people want to read. He also served as the Vice President of Sales at Emma Email Marketing and was responsible for strategic brand growth, new customer acquisition, and in-market development. This year Christopher launched Clifton + Leopold, a gender nonbinary fashion accessory brand that was recently featured in Nfocus Magazine. Christopher is the current Marketing Committee Chair and Board Member of the Nashville LGBT Chamber.

Isaac Norris

 

Isaac Norris is a social media strategist, writer, and editor who specializes in working with every kind of brand, from large corporations to small businesses. He currently serves as the social media & marketing specialist at Delk Industries in Nashville, Tennessee, where he assists in traffic and revenue via social media. He is the former associate editor & digital director of Good Grit Magazine, where he spearheaded the publication’s social media & digital marketing efforts. Outside of his professional work, he is a writer and editor who focuses on southern travel, design, personalities, and food.
